Muhammad Fiko Adyanugrah, B.eng, CPI (PERHAPI)

From August 1994 to November 1999, Fiko pursued a bachelor's degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering at the University of Sriwijaya. Over those five years, he delved into various crucial aspects of the mining and mineral industry, including technical principles, best practices, and innovative approaches to resource extraction and management.

As a Project Manager in the mining industry, he has accumulated extensive experience over more than two decades. Currently, Fiko responsible for primary tin mining operations in Belitung Regency, Bangka-Belitung, Indonesia. Previously, he served as Chief Mining Engineer at PT Mandiri Karya Makmur in Central Bangka Regency, operating granite mines. Other experiences include serving as a Project Manager at PT Megapura Prima Industri in Sorong, West Papua, focusing on coal mining, and as a Mining Manager at PT Citra Tobindo Sukses Perkasa in Sarolangun, Jambi, a subsidiary of ANTAM. Earlier roles included serving as a Dredge Master, Mining Superintendent, and Mining Rehab Manager at PT Koba Tin in Bangka, Bangka-Belitung, focusing on alluvial tin mining. Fiko has experience in this industry was as a Mining Engineer at PT Kaltim Prima Coal in East Kalimantan, engaged in coal mining. With this diverse experience, he has developed a profound understanding of operational management, project management, and supervision in the mining industry.

As a Competent Mining Professional, Fiko recognized by the Indonesian Mining Professional Association (PERHAPI) as a Competent Person in Mineral Reserve Estimation. Previously, he was also recognized as the Best Operational Mine Supervisor by the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources. Additionally, Fiko possess expertise in Blast Efficiency recognized by Dyno Nobel and was once acknowledged as a Class Two Blaster by the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources. With these experiences and qualifications, Fiko ready to contribute to the development of the mining industry by ensuring operational effectiveness and accurate estimation of mineral resources.
