Umar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering from Universtiry of Sriwijaya in 2013, which provided a strong foundation for my career in the mining industry. Furthermore, in 2022, He successfully earned a Master's degree in Management with a specialization in Investment Risk Management from the University of Indonesia, deepening my understanding of managing risks in the investment sector.

Umar have over 10 years of diverse experience in the mining industry, including roles as a Partner at PT Minevesting Resources Indonesia and Mining Principal at PT Minevesting Consultant Indonesia, where he has been involved in various projects including Gold Mine, Nickel, Bauxite, Iron ore, and Zincand. As an Associate Supervisor Mining Specialist at PT Yekada Multi Energi, He has been involved in various projects such as Geotechnical studies, Coal Drilling, and Resource Assessment. As a Mining Manager at PT Sampulu Adijaya Prakarsa, Umar responsible for project management and long-term mine plan development, and as a Mining Specialist at PT Lereng Nusantara Consultant, He has been involved in feasibility studies and mine planning using Surpac and Minesched software. Additionally, I have experience in mining project research at PT Meares Soputan Mining, where I was responsible for production planning and design for gold mines.

Umar have expertise in advanced pit optimization related to geotechnical parameters, mining costs, processing costs, sales costs, pushbacks, NPV vs Pitshell analysis, spider graph optimization analysis, and reporting analysis. Additionally, He has skills in mine scheduling planning through sequence design, utility strategies, mining flow, and mining production strategies from long-term to short-term.

Umar also recognized as a Competent Person for Mineral Reserve Reports, demonstrating my dedication to compliance with industry standards. Finally, I have obtained certification as a Low-Level Operational Supervisor from BNSP, affirming my ability to oversee mining operations to high standards from 2021 to 2026. All of these education and certifications collectively form a strong foundation for my career in the mining industry.
