Hazred graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Geological Engineering from Sriwijaya University, South Sumatra, in 2013 with a GPA of 3.59 (scale 4.00). Subsequently, he earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a Major in Energy Management from Bandung Institute of Technology in 2022.

In addition to he formal education, Hazred has also obtained various non-formal certifications, including being an Assessor from the National Professional Certification Board (BNSP), and certifications in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) as well The Lower Operational Supervisor. He also a member of the Joint of The Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources, and Ore Reserves, and recognized as a Competent Person in Indonesia for Nickel Laterite Resource Estimation.

Hazred has expertise in advanced geo-spatial analysis, including satellite image processing, layout management, cartography, 2D and 3D modeling, web-GIS development, as well as hydrological and hydrogeological analysis. He has strong knowledge encompasses alteration and mineralization systems, specifically in low epithermal sulphidation (LES), coal exploration, and other minerals such as Zircon, Nickel, and Iron Ore.

Hazred a Senior Consultant Partner at PT Minevesting Resources Indonesia, a private mining company focusing on venture capital and consulting in Indonesia and globally. I am responsible for identifying small to medium-sized mining companies of various commodities for joint operational partnerships, technical services, and technical advisory. He also work as an Associate Geological & Mining Consultant at PT Yekada Multi Energi, where Hazred involved in various exploration projects and resource estimation for mining companies across Indonesia. Previously, He has experience as a Project Geological & GIS Consultant at PT Sampulu Adijaya Prakarsa, as well as a Junior Geologist at PT Buena Persada Mining Services, and Associate GIS Consultant at PT Geo Sriwijaya Nusantara.
