Brett Gunter, B.eng, CPI (PERHAPI), MAusIMM
Brett Dennis Gunter is a professional with expertise in geology and mining. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geology from the University of Technology, Sydney. He is a member of MAusIMM and PERHAPI and has attended various short courses and conferences on topics such as porphyry copper-gold, copper-gold systems, breccia and alteration systems, and gold exploration.
In the field of Economic Geology, he has experience in various aspects such as rapid and remote investigations, design and implementation of regional programs, interpretation of geochemical and geophysical data, as well as design and implementation of drilling programs. he also possess skills in resource estimation, geostatistics, pit optimization, mine design, and planning and scheduling of mine plans (LOM). Additionally, Brett has experience in basic process flow design, financial modeling, risk analysis, and mineral valuation.
In terms of Geology, he has a deep understanding of mineral formation mechanisms, with specific expertise in magmatic and hydrothermal ore deposits, as well as structural controls on ore formation. Brett proficient in operating various relevant computer software, have basic knowledge of CAD applications, and possess skills in financial management, logistics management, human resource management, as well as environmental management and government reporting protocols.
