Government Licensing Assistances

The government carries out licensing with the one-door concept originating from the BKPM or the Ministry of Investment which includes mining-related permits. The permit is issued by BKPM on the recommendation of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, which evaluates each incoming application:
